How long does a testimonial pack take?
We deliver testimonial packs within 5 business days of filming.
Can we use the videos wherever we want?
Yes, within our usage rights, which come with every pack: your website, your ads, your social media and the screens in your venue. The usage rights page lists the few things that aren't allowed, like reselling a clip or posting it as a review.
Do you offer ongoing work?
Yes. Book a quarterly or yearly retainer and every pack is 20% off.
Do you travel outside Houston and Dallas?
Yes. Houston is home and Dallas is the first of many cities. We travel anywhere: travel costs (flights or gas, and hotels) are paid upfront with your booking.
What if a customer doesn't want to be filmed?
Then we don't film them, and if someone changes their mind after filming, we delete their footage. Every interview is voluntary: people agree on camera and sign our release on their phone, and we only publish videos where the people on camera have agreed.
What formats do the videos come in?
MP4 files in 1080p (4K on request), cut vertical, horizontal, square and 4:5. Captions come on the video and as a file, with your logo and a BloodRaw end card. We deliver by Google Drive, or another way if you need it.
How do we pay?
Full payment upfront to book. We take card (by invoice), Zelle, Cash App, cash or check.
